The Philippine American Foundation for Charities, Inc. (PAFC) presented its First PAFC
Dakila Achievement Awards on 17 October 2003 at the Capital Hilton Hotel, Washington DC.
The prestigious awards were presented to a select group of outstanding men and women
who represent the best examples of Filipino and Filipino American drive, commitment, and
success.
They are special individuals because they have contributed their time to the
advancement and improvement of the Filipino American community and to the fabric of
America.
These outstanding individuals are role models and an inspiration to all of us.
They leave a legacy behind that our youth can emulate.
